RETURN POLICY

Refunds and replacements are managed on a case by case basis at our discretion. We uphold the Consumer Guarantees Act NZ.

The goods must be returned to the store in the condition in which they were purchased within 14 days of
receipt.

You must present a receipt for exchange or full refund on the product purchased.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
